Hi and good morning! Ellie is fantastic and such a sweetheart. She is so good with other dogs at the beach, and today, she followed me off-leash by asking. So, I think she's made a connection with me. Took her on a sunset walk last night to Sotor Point and back. It was fun, and I'd never been out there, and again, Ellie was so good off-leash and socially. We just got in from a long morning walk, and she's already sprawled out on the floor. Hi and good morning. Ellie and I are going to the beach and I noticed we’re out of those green doggie bags that go inside the bag with treats on the leash. I remember you showing me them, but for the life of me cannot remember where. I looked out by her food but came up empty. Whenever you have a chance to let me know would be great. She’s doing great! We went on an evening walk last night and there was a younger girl, a teen, who said she watched Ellie recently, and of course Ellie had to go over and wag her tail and walk through the middle of the group of kids sitting on the sand to say “please pet me!” We socialized with some other dogs out there too. She is SO well behaved. I’ve been around so many dogs and Ellie is a keeper 😊 Hope your trip is going well!

OK, great! Thanks so much. Just in from the morning walk and this was by far her most vigorous outing. Played with a group of other dogs she must have known with a woman doling out dog treats and Ellie joined right in with the group. She then wanted her own time to sniff the beach and I let her roam where she likes. We were down in and around Marina Park again for some fresh cut grass smelling, and back to the beach, She suddenly bolted off into the water to splash around, so I bring out the chuckit stick and ball, and this is the first time she’s game to play ball. No other dogs or people to distract her. Lots of up and down the beach chasing the ball into the water. The funniest thing was her burying the ball in the water, having it under her paws, and looking at me like “where is it?” Looking left and right and down at the water. She finally let it pop out and ran off with it. She had the best walk so far. So playful today.

She ran into a dog she knew because they started chasing each other around 😊 Something I caught on video that she does that I find adorable is this little hip swing she gets into trotting down the lane to the beach. Ok taking off. The sheets are in the dryer the miscellaneous towels and such are in the washer now, and the comforter cover has not been washed. All the pillows on the bed with covers on them I did not use. I only used the three white ones and those are in the wash. I definitely have made a new friend with Ellie. She knows me on site now and doesn’t bark at all when I come in the house. It was really nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and looking forward to helping out in August

I kept as close to her walking and feeding schedule as possible and we had lots of time at the beach, it was great. I’m SO happy to hear she was in a good space when you arrived. She could tell I was packing my car, and at one point stood in the front yard while I was inside grabbing the next item, the look on her face was so sweet — a look of, “you really leaving?” Gave her lots of pets and the PB in the Kong. Everything is going really well here! Ellie was hilarious yesterday running off into the water and belly flopped in the sand as the surf rolled by. I tried to catch her laying in the water but she got up and started shaking and that’s what you see in the photo photo. So in her element at the beach! I was busy with online meetings and work so didnt get a chance to update you. We’re headed to the beach right now after watching all the kids walk down the street to school. Hard to believe that time of year is here already. We hope all is going well for you guys out on the east and the humidity is not too oppressive 😊

Ellie had an amazing time at the beach this morning. We ran into a white lab that seemed very young but full grown with tons of energy, and the two of them ran off chasing each other in circles all over the sand and then proceeded to chase each other into the waves. Shes doing great! Two long walks today on the beach and then on sidewalks back to the house. She takes her time making sure she does not miss anything to sniff on our way back to the house. And I finally caught a photo of her doing the bellyflop into the water. She’s so good at meeting other dogs on the beach it’s phenomenal I never have to worry about her. not a problem I just happen to be staring at my phone and it showed up. I do have some small scuffs on the surface. And a barely noticeable bend around the curve, just below the top scuff. Totally cosmetic there’s no structural damage at all I figure send a picture doesn’t hurt either so you can see it. That is passenger side rear corner
